NV Paul Clouet Selection

£ 22.50   Bottle, 1 x 75cl

About

Based in the village of Bouzy Grand Cru, in the Montagne de Reims sub-region of Champagne, Paul Clouet owns around 6 hectares (15 acres) of vineyards across two villages. The Pinot Noir is sourced from Bouzy Grand Cru, and the Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru, with a range of cuvees produced under the leadership of winemaker Jean-Etienne Bonnaire. The wine is made at the Champagne Bonnaire winery in Cramant, a relationship that emerged when Jean-Etienne’s father Jean-Louis Bonnaire and mother Marie-Therese Clouet got married in the 1970s.
