Our Continued Service
In light of the uncertainty surrounding the constantly developing situation of the outbreak of Covid-19 (coronavirus), we want to keep you updated on our efforts to ensure the safety of our customers and the continuity of our services.
As an online wine retailer, we are very fortunate to currently be in a position whereby we can continue to service our loyal customers. We would like to reassure you that we are still operational and are working harder than ever to maintain our high standards of delivery speed, efficiency, and customer service.
However, it is also imperative that we keep the health and safety of our staff and partners as our priority. From Monday 30th March we will be operating with a revised delivery service which may impact our next day delivery schedule. Hygiene Is Our Priority
We are working closely with our delivery and warehousing partner on an ongoing basis to keep our hygiene, health and safety protocols to the new benchmark standards across our full supply chain. Our drivers have now been issued with sanitary gloves and face masks for each delivery.
Upon your request, drivers are also able to sign for your delivery whilst in your presence, reducing the amount of contact required. Drivers may request to take a photo of the item at location as evidence of delivery.
